We display the notice just once after 30 days of installing Astra theme, asking if the user would mind leaving us a review. And like I said, it can be closed with a click to never be displayed again.
Have you closed the notice and does it still come up again?

If you’re seeing the notice anytime more than once, there must be something wrong. The notice appears only once and should be closed forever when you close it.

As for your question, unfortunately, there is no easy way pages of the author in the loop and it would need some custom coding. Regretfully it is beyond the scope of free support we offer to our users.
