Hello, below are links to two screen shots. The first, shows the characters the are displaying in non-utf 8.

The second link shows options within the W3 Total Cache Admin settings. Instead of “Disk: Enhanced” which is selected in the screen shot, I changed the selection to “Disk: Basic” as I read in a different thread. So far, it seems to have fixed the issue.
