I’ve installed this plugin on three of my sites – all with different plug-ins active, no plug-ins active, different themes – including the 2019 theme with nothing else running.
The posts display nicely with both authors listed and they each link out to individual pages but… the author pages always return an error no matter my configuration.
Not sure what to do as there really isn’t another plug-in that does this.

But the giant button that says “OPEN SUPPORT TICKET” links to this forum. Just saying. It’s not intuitive at all. For paying customers the support button should link to the support ticket page. 🙂

I have four other accounts that are fine, but this one continues to give me this error.
Hey SImon. I recently updated the plugin and now I don’t see an option for an actual slide, like it worked before. I only see options for Fade, backslide, go up, fade down. These are nice but I would just prefer a normal slide like in the earlier version, can you help?
