Well I changed the PHP to a lower version and then back to 8.3 and immediately it started working. Any reason this solved the issue?

We are receiving the following error on failed payments:
Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/reference/orders/v2/errors/#PAYEE_NOT_ENABLED_FOR_CARD_PROCESSING PayPalGateway

No I believe there are still issues with the plugin. I had to revert back to 3.25.11. When I updated to the most recent version all sections below my navigation menu were missing. Hopefully another fix is coming soon.
