    This could be very bad for the conversion rate. There is no way to add the checkbox in the description box or wherever to avoid the double-click problem?

    Best regards

    Hi,
    Thank you for the quick response.

    I unchecked the “Only show checkbox if subscriber’s browser registers to the EU” and I turned off the plugins – nothing to do. It just doesn’t show.

    BUT I tested it without the EU browser check and is shows after I’ve clicked the “send” button. So I guess its a step forward.
    How can I fix it? 🙂

    (Oh, as a temporary solution you’ll find a false <input> checkbox in the “After Button Area” text – the real GDPR checkbox is without the link.)

    I’m also still waiting – Unfortunately at this point, I’m not so sure they’ll ever respond – in fact I had to tell the client that it’s not possible.

    Hi,
    Go to FTP and in the file reset-cookie.js ginger/front/js/reset-cookie.js add this right after the function delete_cookie(name, url) { :

    document.cookie = "ginger-cookie=; expires=Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 UTC; path=/;";

    (don’t delete anything, just add the string)

    Oh and remember: the change will be deleted with the new update, but hey – maybe we won’t have to make the change with the new update 😉

    Hi,

    The log has to be only for the users that ACCEPT the cookies. If they don’t accept, then they just won’t be on the log. Infact there should also be a button “Use only Technical cookies”.

    When a legal part ask us for the confermation log, we have to give it to him or else 😀
    So when will the plug-in be GDPR compliant?
