Following your recommendation, I reduced the split size to 150MB and now the backup is working perfectly.

Hi David,
The file backup does not finish even allowing the backup much time (days).
My site has not many visitors, so I am using an account at easycon.com
to make automatic connections every 10 minutes, in order to keep my WordPress running.
