I am seeing the same issue as of today, January 2nd.
Thanks for the update. Just wanted to report that it appears EBD caused interference with my website theme (Enfold). It appeared to cause an issue in which all theme settings were ignored/overridden so that only the default theme and settings showed. Disabling EBD resolved the issue. Glad to see this is being looked into.
