Having problems getting any help with this. I had a reply to my email yesterday asking for login credentials to access my WP account but nothing since. When I got in touch again today I was asked if I’d received that email so I’ve replied again (3 times now) giving the login details and have heard nothing back. I also have a plugin that sends me an email when someone logs into my WP account and have had no alerts in relation to the new admin account so I’m kind of stuck. It seems that it’s actually Envira that aren’t receiving my messages rather than the other way around so not sure where that leaves me, other than looking for a different portfolio plugin.

Thanks @jamzth Any idea how long it might take to get a reply? I’ve not heard anything since I submitted the form last Friday.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve scanned my computer too and everything’s fine. I’ve tried 3 different browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) and have also viewed my site in incognito mode in 2 of those browsers and the image problem is the same with all of them. And the spammy images are showing up inside the WP editor no matter which browser I use as well.
