Hi everyone, any updates?
Is there any update on this?
We use the latest UM version and still get the WP logout page on multiple sites, multiple PHP versions (5.6 and 7.2). This was not the case before the 2.x update.
After logout, the user currently goes to: /wp-login.php?loggedout=true, instead of the pages specified in settings.Does everyone here have this resolved, or is this still an issue?
(Creating a new page and setting it as redirect destination as per daniel13 did not work for any of our sites.)- This reply was modified 7 years, 8 months ago by caycompass.
Same issue here, on 5 sites, different hosts/plugins, etc…
3 sites were upgraded from previous UM versions, 1.n, and one had brand new 2.n UM version installed, and upgraded twice since.
Two sites are on CloudFlare, rest are not.
After logout, the user goes to the WordPress page on all sites on 2.n.
Creating a new logout page and changing it in UM settings did not work for us.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Rating System] Like Dislike count on posts does not updateWe’re still having some users complaining about the plugin intermittently not updating likes.
We have some suspicions that it’s a caching issue.
How do we ensure that voting clears the cache for that post?
Can anyone provide some clues on how to troubleshoot/fix this? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

In reply to: [Rating System] Like Dislike count on posts does not updateHi Frank,
Thank you for the prompt response.
I believe that Autoptimize was not the issue, but rather either WP Supercache, or a glitch with WP/server.
It appears to be working again. I did not change a thing after posting the above question. I only checked a few hours later, and works fine on an iphone this time.
I’ll keep an eye on it.
PS: Autoptimize works great (once we figured out which js to exclude from our huge install.) Thanks for making the plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Calendar causes high MySQL/CPU loadHi Brook,
Thanks for the quick response.
Good to know that you’re on top of it. I’m glad it’s on your radar. It’s possible that we’re ‘just the right size’ in terms of traffic to push the plugin to the point where it just runs out of resources.
The Month View cache was disabled in our install, so I’m glad to rule that out. Thanks for clarifying what the support ticket was about.
As far as Query Monitor: we had it running on multiple occasions. We don’t run it all the time, as we are trying to minimize plugin usage as much as possible (we’re already have a ton running). We’ve also looked at raw query log for one ‘troublesome day.’ It’s a ton of queries to go through. We didn’t find any particular query type which was problematic. Rather, it was a gradual progression from normal query times, to all being very, very slow, over the span of about 20 minutes. This was for all queries. It was basically a ramp-up curve.
These site issues occurred 4 times this month, and there is no apparent correlation to admin activity, or traffic spike. After restarting the server, things appeared to go back to normal, until the next spike.
We’re still digging into the root of it all, including query logs, but we did notice the plugin’s hunger for resources, via P3, hence this note. We also ran a manual test with P3, and resource usage somewhat resembled an automatic scan.
Quick note about 3 out of 400K = it is possible that people aren’t really concerned if the site slows down a bit, and only notice when something fails and extensive digging for root cause has to take place.
Thanks for looking into it and having performance on your to-do list.Forum: Plugins
