Noptin was updated to 4.0.10 and indeed I now get a “Confirm unsubscribe” form. Great! Just what I wanted.
Now I wonder if this form can be customized or at least translated?

Thanks for your reply. I had already done exactly that and managed to find all the errors and duplicates.
I’ve never come across software that pointedly reports errors but refuses to give up details. It would have saved me hours of work. Any particular reason why Noptin can’t, or won’t do that?
