    Can you tell me if you encounter the same problem as me when your article is on sale AND this plugin added and active?

    Are you developing (or do you know) another plugin that allows you to apply decreasing prices?

    The problem seems to be related to “Advanced dynamic pricing and discount rules for WooCommerce” 🙁

    Yet there are no rules applied to my test product. But it seems that he is indeed the one causing the problem when adding to the cart!

    (could you maybe test and check on your side, by simply adding this pluggin, without applying any rule on your test product?)

    I need it for several other products (as it allows to apply decreasing price rules according to the quantity) 🙁

    How to do?

    Hi

    I just tried with a text box: same problem !

    On the product page, it’s OK: the displayed price corresponds to the sale price + the price of the option.

    After adding it to the cart… only the sale price remains!
    (the option’s title appears – but not its price)

    Apparently I do exactly the same.

    I tested well on a simple product, with just one option, type “checkbox” with a fixed surcharge.

    But for me, it doesn’t work anymore with a sale price 🙁

    I have no other plugin applied to this product…

    Are there any conflicts with certain plugins and/or themes?

    Or “something” that could “block” the price as soon as a product is on sale?

    If the item is at “normal” price: everything is OK, the amount of options is added to the price on the product page, and then in the cart and its validation…

    If the item is on sale, it doesn’t work anymore!

    I can’t afford to post here a link to an article where the problem arises… because it could be purchased at the sale price, BUT with all checked options included for free!

    In any case: when I talk about “discounted products”, it’s through Woo Commerce directly and only.
    There are the “regular rate” and the “promo rate” (which can even be scheduled if needed), directly in the WC product sheet.

    When buying a product: I open the product page, I check any paid options (fixed price)… then I add the product to the cart.
    (in any case, it’s not possible to add or remove options from the cart : all of this must happen BEFORE adding to the cart)

    In the cart, the list of checked options appears correctly… but their price doesn’t! The price is unchanged and corresponds exactly to the sale price, only.

    Indeed, it seems that this problem only occurs in admin mode: by doing the same simulations online, these error blocks do not appear in my case too

    Hi,

    no change on my part for both options 🙁

    I have a few plugin, only 1 for WooCommerce (flexible shipping) and I had already tested to deactivate all (as advised all along the support)

    This is the same for me :

    1. Subscription Table changes
    • when I subscribe for an out of stock product, I’m added in the table with a gray button with “subscribed” (or something like this)
    • when I add 1 product available (this is the minimum required as per my settings) the line is updated : the button is green with “mail sent”. But no reception…
    • and then I do “Send Instock Mail” manually, no mail also

    2. Email status : all is written as sent, but never go it …
