    Well – it is almost 24 hours later and the site is still up. I also went into the file system and looked manually for the files that used to reappear a few minutes after resetting permalinks. As you might expect, they are not coming back to haunt me.

    I also had an active discussion going with the WordPress experts group on LinkedIn regarding this hack. I made sure to give this plug-in and your assistance a big “thumbs up”. Hopefully more people will now learn what an awesome tool it is!!

    The theme developer has vanished. I develop sites in frameworks, not themes and this is one of the many reasons, but sometimes I am forced to work on sites that others developed …

    That being said, I’ve worked around the issue by separating the Contact Form from the jCarousel by putting the form in the page, rather than the sidebar, then setting the page template for that page to a choice that does not use the carousel. Not exactly what the customer wanted, but at least it works.

    I was afraid that was the case, but I had read all of the support documentation and know quite a bit about CSS, so I could not come up with any other ideas than the extra large images. Compression obviously is important, in this case.

    Thanks for your time – I’ve used this slide several times now on various sites and it is one of the best I’ve found.
