    Since this hasn’t been addressed as of yet, does anyone know of a plugin that will add back this functionality?

    Sorry! I was trying to post the code, but backticks were lost to me. LOL

    Here’s the code I was entering:

    <div style="text-align: center"><a href="http://celiakyle.com/sinfullittlesecrets"><img src="http://celiakyle.com/images/caye-banner.jpg"></a></div>

    With the wysiwyg editor on, it just removes the code for the image and displays nothing on the page related to the linked image. With it off, the coding remains, but the picture doesn’t show up.

    If it helps, I’m running the following plug-ins:
    Filosofo Home-Page Control
    runPHP
    WordPress Database Backup
    Contact Form ][
