Tried uploading an image every time and setting that image as my featured image but still only gives me that icon, no preview even. Do you think I need to start from scratch? Don’t know what this could be, I even reinstalled wordpress version but still nothing.

Yeah the images are still there and they display fine in my media library. I have also deleted the images and then re-uploaded them but the problem persists. Just one of my images seem to work correctly. The header also gives the same problem. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the theme and older versions of the theme but to no avail.
