Hi @ankitgoyal130 ,
Can you confirm what browser you are using and if you have 3rd party cookies enabled or disable in this browser?
To rule out browser related issues, I’d recommend trying multiple browsers, insuring 3rd party cookies are enabled.

ConorHi @hammadarshad1 ,
Thank you for the response. Can you clarify if you have updated the data privacy settings in your HubSpot portal:
https://knowledge.hubspot.com/privacy-and-consent/how-do-i-turn-on-gdpr-functionality-in-my-hubspot-account
Once this is done you should see:
> Newly created forms will include a data privacy section in the footer of the forms. For existing forms, add notice and consent information for each form.
The purpose of this support forum is to give support for specifically the wordpress plugin. The fact that the HubSpot tracking code is being added to your website means that the plugin is working as designed. For more details about the HubSpot tracking code / data privacy and GDPR compliance I would direct you to engage with GDPR discussions in the HubSpot community forum and data privacy resources in the HubSpot Knowledge Base.

Hi @1000camels ,
Thank you for the feedback. For this use case, I would recommend opening copying the short code for the form from the list of forms in your portal. You can then use the short code block in your wordpress block builder to add the form.

Hi @curzonpr,
Apologies for the slow response. Let’s discuss in this thread only to avoid multiple threads discussing the same issue. I see you also posted here:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/spam-being-sent-with-cf7/
I believe the issue is that the submission will be registered by HubSpot when the user clicks the submit button on the form and is not triggered on a submission callback from contact form 7. So while contact form 7 may reject the submission due to validation errors, the submission will still be sent to HubSpot which does not contain the same validation logic. If this is the case, you may want to use an alternative mechanism other than non HubSpot forms to handle the form submission e.g manually submitting the form using the HubSpot api
Can you clarify for me how the spam detection is working on contact form 7. Is it using recaptcha or similar to prevent non human actors from submitting the form?

ConorHi @hammadarshad1 ,
Can you clarify which hs cookies you are referring to. Are these cookies being set on your machine when you interact with the HubSpot sign up and log in or are these hs cookies the ones being set on the browsers of your users when they interact with your website?
