For everyone with the same issue – I already got an answer from Essential Addons:

We are already aware of this issue and the good news is we have already fixed this. We will release a new version as soon as possible. If you simply update the Essential Addons for Elementor after the next release then you will get it fixed.

I just wanted to add that I already tried everything you mentioned here:

I do use WP_Rocket as caching plugin and Cloudflare as CDN.

Memory doesn’t getting exhausted.
