Thanks a lot mrdenny for helping me to get the issue resolved.
If anybody happen to face the same problem in future and came here I will tell you what the problem was.
Doubling up always happens to me with Chrome.
When I try the same with Firefox it worked fine.
May be something wrong in my end.

No, I can see “Manage Client Managers”.
Can it be because my latest WordPress version?
I have tried creating a different site and still got the same error there too.
Can you please try with the latest version of WordPress?

Another thing I have noticed in both sites are when I have given access for myself to “Manage Client Managers” it adds my name twice with the setting “Has Access”

Also I have tried with a different account with Admin access and got the same results as described above.

If you can provide me your email address I can create an account for you to try it yourself.

    Please help me 🙁

Thanks a lot for bot of you for the replies. I swear I read the documentation and gave myself permissions to everything. It even shows “Has Access” in-front of my name. Not sure what else I am doing wrong here. I am testing this on a sub-domain if it matters.

Yes I did (may be done something wrong while doing that).

I can give another tip. When I go to phpMyAdmin of the original site I can see the database.
But in new site it is telling me “No databases”

Also, when I log into WordPress both sites showing me sort of same content (Posts, Media, Pages, Programs, Users etc are all looks similar)
