However, with a mission-critical application like this, we should be receiving 24/7 support. That’s what I’m paying for with my premium subscription. The issue went most of the day yesterday without any support person addressing it.

Invalid SSL certificate. auth.updraftplus.com error.By the way, my site is hosted on SiteGround.

Thanks. That solved the problem.
Just today after you pointed me to the plugin I installed it and tried. When it was activated, I tried to open the settings and I got an error message something to the effect that there were no compatible posts and it deactivated itself. After that I couldn’t activate it again.
I tried it, but I keep getting the error message, “Invalid post type.” then the plugin deactivates itself.
