as mentioned, this forum is not checked very often. You would receive quicker response if you post in the Home Page SLPwhat you are reporting is not a bug . It is subject to your browser configuration , your personal settings, as well as screen options . After changing the screen options to a larger number did you click on the “APPLY” button?

But on a staging site as you did above. If you are a premier customer you could download the pre release to test on your staging site. If you would like we can email you beta releases if you cannot see them in your account.
There was NO export tool on old versions of SLP , that is a relatively new feature. Sine we do not check the WP directory support in addition to the forums it would be best if you post a new subject in the forums, you have posted there before and we have not changed anything
this forum is intended for just the base free WPSLP customers and not for add-ons.
Please reply to the email sent to you (different name?) and we can attach the zip files for testing if you are not a premier custmer

I am not sure if that will fix your particular issue . Please check the forums or the versions later

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Map refresh after submit a search & not correct resultsOk, I see you posted on the SLP forum but did not provide details such as plugin info. the developer is working over the weekend for another customer using ySLP SaaS that is an essential non profit org providing food relief efforts during the covid 19 shutdowns . At the moment he is concentrating on them, but there may be something he is doing there that could lead to a discovery of an issue within the WPSLP as well. But really need the info posted in the main site forum so we can focus without going back and forth.
We did have an issue with the Tags dropdown selector that he is working on so this might fit into same category with the selectorSince I am the only support person working , I am concentrating on those who post in our SLP main site forum because those people have add-ons. This fourm is really just for those using the base free SLP plugin. A lot of info you have provided will not assist them.

The only time someone has reported not being to add or edit is when there was a conflict with another plugin, Smush was a reported conflict,
P.S. As mentioned in FAQ, we do not monitor this forum as often and most customers post in the SLP forum. It is free to register.
I you do not post there with versions and plugin info you can try these suggestions:
1) Back up your site, and you may have to uninstall and reinstall SLP again.2) Turn off other plugins one by one. to see if error goes away.
if you still have issues :
troubleshooting suggestions , turn on WP debugger
