Sorry for the delay, have just found this reply. It has happened several more times since my first post, at a guess id say it happens on average to around 1 in 5 or 6 orders but seems to be random as to when it happens. Last week it happened on a single simple product, and today on a variable product where the customer ordered all 4 in stock. We sell handmade items and list most individually so I cant provide an exact URL as after it has happened that exact item is out of stock. I will provide one similar if that helps. I have replaced .htaccess files in both with the code you posted. I cant ask the client to retry the order. we have reached another resolution and I don’t want to confuse things. Is there any other way to test it?
