thank you. i think i have latest – 4.0.7 (pro). not sure why it works on yours but not mine (i have issue regardless of browser). which browser did you use to do the screen grab? and also are you on PC or mac?

yes can do. not sure how i get the vid to you though. pls advise and will record. FYI this occurs in both chrome and edge
