Andrew, the plugin I was using initially was Responsive Contact Form. The other odd thing there was that I was unable to post on the plugin’s support forum. Not sure if that issue is related to the email issue or not.

I just had the same issue. For me, it involved my link structure. To resolve the issue, I changed the permalink setting so that it was custom and added ‘/page’ to the end of the link.
