I was about to start using this plugin to try it out, but then i came here to read the reviews. I always begin reading the 1 star reviews, and then “move up the scale”.

I was really impressed with the answers by the author @tigroumeow! You might be doing a great job, you might be a top developer, but man you can’t handle criticism! If users give a 1 star review don’t insult them, call them incompetent and so on, just ask nicely what the problem was, and ask how they can help you make it better, so you can learn from their contributions and correct your mistakes (everyone makes mistakes – yes, even you, although you might think otherwise!). If a review is fake, other people will realize that and ignore the review, it’s not that hard and we are not all stupid!

Instead you reply with arrogance and even insult people, and say this is hard work and time consuming! Of course it is, but aren’t you selling a PRO version of this plugin and making money from it? The hours you mention you spend working on this and other plugins aren’t worth it? If not that’s your problem, use your time on something else.
