The easiest way to resolve would have been to delete the CSS if you don’t want the row to hide.

Hi there,
There’s a class added to the row and there’s custom CSS hiding that row on mobile.
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) .headerDesktop { display: none; }That CSS looks to be in layout or Global CSS.
However, I just want to mention, this forum is when you are using the free version of BB. Since you are using Premium products, in the future, please use premium support:

I’m not able to see this issue with just Redux and Beaver Builder or even your theme and both activated with default theme settings.

Thanks so much for the report. We’ll take a look at this.
There could be various reasons for this
1. JS error (caused by custom code)
2. Plugin conflict
3. Memory Limit issue (You should see a fatal memory error in the error_log)
So I’d recommend you do the following:
1) Open the browser console and check for a JS error
2) Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except BB (including deactivating any BB add-ons) and see if the problem persists
3) Check the server error_log to see if there’s a fatal PHP error
However, I noticed you are using our premium version – this forum is for our Free/Lite version.

Can you please try the following:
1. Temporarily disable all plugins except Beaver Builder – see if the problem persists.
2. If it does, then please temporarily switch to a default theme to see if the problem is still there (TwentySixteen, TwentySeventeen, etc)
3. If the problem does not exist with a default theme, then we know the problem is related to your theme.
In that case, please then submit a form here: (Select General Inquiry in the dropdown)

If the problem goes away after step 1, then you know there is a plugin conflicting and you can activate your plugins one by one, checking to see when the problem returns to determine which one is conflicting. In that case, let us know which plugin is conflicting so we can investigate further 🙂

What theme are you using?
An active subscription is required for our premium version to continue to get updates, yes. Make sure your license key is entered if you do have an active subscription.

Well, that is quite odd. I have tested with TwentyFifteen, various browsers and even PHP versions and have no issue. The tab remains in the customizer. See: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuQ4A1W
Can you tell me what Operating System, Browser and Browser version number you are using so we can test further?
That sounds like some sort of conflict. It could be with your theme? What theme are you using?
What you can do is temporarily deactivate all other plugins to see if the problem persists with your theme.
