In reply to: [Meow Lightbox] Beaver Builder breaks since 5.08It looks like the fix for this was removed in the most recent version from what we can see.
Here’s the changes we suggested back in November which were implemented but seem to be removed now.

In reply to: Website rendering incorrectly on HTTPS but fine on HTTPAre both your URLs in WP Admin > Settings > General set to https?
If so, you might need to do a serialized search and replace with a tool like Better Search & Replace. Make sure to take a backup first though, just in case.

In reply to: WP 6.5.2 Image Upload – garbage titles?This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product category widget shows related categoriesOn your Themer Archive layout, the Content tab in your Products module should be set to Main Query, not Custom Query for the right products to show on your archives.
See here for more details:
https://docs.wpbeaverbuilder.com/beaver-themer/integrations/woocommerce/products-module-for-woocommerce-archive-themer-layoutsAs for you why you have to select 2 locations, you don’t have to but if you want that layout to apply to both your Products Archive (Shop Page) and your category archives, then you need to select both locations.
* **Product archive**
Applies to the Shop page (or an archive page you have designated instead of Shop).
* **Product category archive**
Applies to any single Category archive page, which will list all the products assigned to that category.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Problems adding a new productMy suspicion would be a memory limit issue. Do you know how to check error logs on your server?
If not, try adding a plugin like WP Debugging. It will enable a new item in the WP Admin Bar for you to look at the WP Debug Log.
Once you have that plugin or a similar plugin enabled, enable Contact Form 7 again and try to add a product and get the blank screen.
Then go back to the item in the admin bar that lets you view the Debug Log and see if you have some sort of fatal error displaying there.

In reply to: Plug-in errorFrom the sounds of it, you need to access your site via FTP or Cloudways File Manager if they have that and remove the plugin folder manually. in wp-content/plugins/, right click on the folder and delete.
Then you should be able to re-install.
