  • Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

To better assist you, could you please provide some additional details?

    1. Should this button be added to all out-of-stock items, or only to specific products?
    2. Would you like the button to replace the subscribe form, or should it be added alongside it?

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

To remove the product ID number from the email and show only the product name, we recommend using the {only_product_name} shortcode. This will ensure that the email only displays the product title, without the ID number.

To make this change, please follow these steps: Navigate to : Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Success Subscription Mail Subject/Instock Mail Subject -> Change the placeholder {product_name} to {only_product_name}.

Once this update is made, the email will display the product name without the ID number.

      Thanks.

      Hello there,

      Good day!

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear that you’re finding the plugin useful.

To address your query, we suggest using the “Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Products” option.

You can find this setting in the Admin Dashboard by navigating to:
Instock Notifier > Settings > Visibility Settings > Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Products.

This option allows you to hide the subscription form for specific out-of-stock products, giving you control over which products display the subscription form.

Additionally, we would like to highlight the following options for more customization:(Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Visibility Settings)

      • Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Categories: This setting lets you control whether the subscription form is visible for specific product categories. To configure, simply enter at least 3 characters of the category name, select the desired category, and choose either “Show” or “Hide” to control the visibility.
      • Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Tags: This option allows you to manage the visibility of the subscription form based on product tags. Similar to categories, you can enter a tag name (with at least 3 characters), select the tag, and choose whether to show or hide the form.

These options give you more flexibility in customizing where and when the subscription form is displayed.

      Thanks.

      Hello there,

To clarify, our subscription form is primarily designed to display for out-of-stock products. However, if any of your products are backorder-enabled, the subscription form will also appear for those items.

You mentioned that the form does not show up when any variations are in stock. Could you confirm whether the in-stock variations you’re referring to are backorder-enabled? If so, you can enable the option to show the subscription form for backordered products.

To enable this feature, please follow these steps in your Admin Dashboard:

      1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Visibility Settings.
      2. Enable the Show Subscribe Form on Backorders option.

Once this is done, the subscription form will appear for backordered products, even when they are still in stock, along with the “Add to Cart” button.

      Thanks.

      Hello there,

      Thank you for the details!

Could you please confirm which plugin you are using for the country restrictions? Is it the Country Restrictions for WooCommerce plugin, or are you using the WooCommerce Product Country Based Restrictions plugin?

If you’re using the Country Restrictions for WooCommerce plugin, please note that it is a premium plugin. Consequently, we recommend reaching out to our dedicated helpdesk at https://codewoogeek.freshdesk.com/support/home. Our team there will be able to provide you with specific guidance regarding the integration with your geolocation and popup setup.

      Thanks.

      Hello there,

      Good Day!!

      Thank you for reaching out!

To better assist you with hiding the popup based on the geolocation, could you please provide a bit more detail about how you’re currently handling the geolocation restrictions for the cart, prices, and other elements?

Are you using the native geolocation functionality in WooCommerce, or are you utilizing a third-party plugin for this purpose?

Once we have a clearer understanding of your setup, we’ll be able to suggest the best solution for the popup.

      Thanks.

        Hello @bhdrr ,

        Good Day!!

We’ve noted your requested feature and will consider implementing it in our upcoming versions as per its feasibility.

        Thanks.

        Hello there

        Good Day!!

        Thank you for the suggestion.

We have noted the proposed fix and will review it on our end. Once we verify that the solution works as expected, we will consider implementing it in an upcoming version of the plugin. We will keep you updated on the progress.

        Thanks.

        Hello there,

We’ve received feedback from our core team regarding the issue you’re experiencing. To resolve it, we recommend enabling the “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin” option in the Troubleshoot Settings, as mentioned in our previous response.

You can find this option by navigating to: Admin Dashboard → Instock Notifier → Settings → Troubleshoot Section → Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.

Enabling this will check the product stock around the clock and send automatic emails to the respective subscribers.

Additionally, we would like to understand the full scope of your setup with the “WooCommerce Attribute Stock – Shared Stock & Variable Quantities” plugin and your specific requirements. For more detailed assistance on this matter, we recommend reaching out to our dedicated helpdesk at https://codewoogeek.freshdesk.com/support/home. Our team will be able to provide you with the necessary guidance and assistance based on this.

        Thanks.

        Hello there,

Thank you for sharing the details about the “WooCommerce Attribute Stock – Shared Stock & Variable Quantities” plugin. Unfortunately, we have not had a chance to check this plugin yet.

However, we have forwarded this information to our core team for further review. We will update you as soon as we have more information or a solution.

        Thanks.

        Hello there,

        Good Day!!

We’re unsure why this issue is occurring with variable products. We suggest deactivating all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and “Back in Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to check if the issue resolves.

Additionally, we have an option in our Settings page: Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings >Troubleshoot Settings (Experimental) >Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin. While this option is primarily intended for users managing inventory through third-party systems, it can also serve as an additional check, even if third-party inventory management isn’t being used.

        Here’s how it works:

        • When enabled, a cron job will check the product stock every 5 minutes and send emails accordingly.
        • If stock status is detected automatically, an email will be sent immediately.
        • If stock status is not detected automatically, the system will check and send an email after 5 minutes (as per the cron job).

We recommend enabling this option to help avoid issues with email notifications.

        Thanks.

        Hello there,

        Good day!

        We’re here to assist you.

We have tested the issue you reported on our end, but unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce it.

However, we recommend troubleshooting with the following steps:

        1. Please ensure that the Screen Options for the “Subscribers Count” column are enabled. Here’s how you can check: Go to Admin Dashboard > Products > All Products. In the top-right corner, click on the Screen Options tab. Make sure the Subscribers Count checkbox is checked. If it is unchecked, the column will not be visible in the product list.
        2. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if the issue is resolved. Sometimes, conflicts between different plugins can cause such problems.
        3. Ensure Theme Compatibility: Some themes may override the default WooCommerce behavior. Switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Three) to check if the column appears.
        4. Check User Permissions: Ensure that your user role has the necessary permissions to view this column. You may need to verify the settings for your WordPress user role or test with an admin account.
        5. Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache and, if you use any caching plugins, clear their cache as well. Cached data can sometimes prevent changes from appearing.

        Thanks.
