Thanks for the package. We have debugged this and confirmed it’s an issue with “Ultimate Member” plugin. We have updated our post migration troubleshooting (step 14) with this workaround. It should work. Cheers!

    Hello SFM,

Thank you for using Prime Mover plugin! It’s great to hear you have great success with the rest of the sites but only two sites have issues with admin accounts.

Since you have checked the user capabilities in database and if the front end / back end looks fine – you try doing a post migration troubleshooting. This troubleshooting guides you to every step that could reveal and fix the problem. Please skip the step that is not applicable (e.g. the image issue troubleshooting since you don’t have this problem).

The post migration troubleshooting allows you to review the plugin / theme / site settings in your site and re-save (without changing any settings) so the glitch could be cleared. In addition – please double check if these sites uses a plugin that is not multisite compatible (and only used in affected sites).

It is because these sites originally came from standalone and now they are on multisite environment. Otherwise if some plugins are not multisite compatible – it could result to some weird issues. In this case try deactivating them temporarily in the problem site to see if it resolves the issue.

If the above troubleshooting does not fix the issue – please share the last two WPRIME packages of the problem sites to technical support. You can upload them temporarily to Google Drive or to any cloud platform and send us the link to download the packages by contacting us here. Don’t put the links here because these packages are only meant to be downloaded by tech support only.

In addition – please also share your site information by going to Prime Mover -> Advanced -> Advanced Settings Panel -> Upload/Download Parameters -> Export site info and click Export site info. This will download your site info details including your Prime Mover settings data. This is your site information log that shows your site PHP version, configuration, etc. Please zip it and send it together with the packages. We will try to take a look at your package and try to reproduce the problem in our test server.

Thanks again and please let us know if you still need any technical assistance.

    Hello Phil,

Thank you for using Prime Mover plugin! Yes we are able to reproduce this issue if the site is using theme-less page builders like Breakdance page builder. This only reproducible if the previously active theme (before Breakdance plugin implementation) is also deleted and does not physically exists anymore in /wp-content/themes/

However as we tested – as long as the previously active theme is still in /wp-content/themes – the export and migration will push though and won’t return errors. Therefore there are two workarounds to prevent this error while the site entirely uses theme-less implementation:

    • If the site before Break dance page builder activation previously uses a third party theme e.g. twentytwentyfour don’t delete that theme inside /wp-content/themes/ because Prime Mover will still physically checks the old theme during export even though that theme is no longer loaded by the page builder. During restore/import that theme is also restored to the target site but it’s not actually used by the site because page builder uses theme-less implementation. This workaround is useful is the site disables the theme completely via Breakdance -> Settings -> Theme -> Disable theme but still want to be Prime Mover compatible during export.
    • Another workaround is to keep a theme but uses the Breakdance Zero theme. This is done by going to Breakdance -> Settings -> Theme -> Keep theme and then activate Breakdance zero theme. This is supported by Breakdance as this is a blank theme. This is useful if you want to fully page builder compatible (theme-less implementation) while also remaining to be compatible with Prime Mover plugin.

We will add a permanent fix to this inside Prime Mover plugin and will be released in the future versions. In the future versions – Prime Mover simply does not anymore do the theme exist check typically if it uses a page builders like this. Instead – it simply push through the export without requiring any physical theme (just like in your case).

This requires thorough testing on our end but for the meantime the above workarounds will work.

Thank you again for reporting this issue!

    Cheers,

    Emerson

    Hi Jgramp,

Thanks for using Prime Mover plugin! Yes for the meantime, we suggest to try using this patched version.

This patched version is essentially still Prime Mover 1.9.2 except that it uses a downgraded Freemius SDK version (2.5.12) which does not cause this issue.

So please do the following to test this patched version:

    • Deactivate Prime Mover plugin in your site.
    • Delete the plugin.
    • Download this patched version.
    • Install and network activate that patched version to your site.
    • Once activated – there should be no more errors relating to this issue.

If you still have 500 internal errors and unable to network activate – this might be caused by a different issue. In this case – please enable WordPress debug and once enabled – reactivate the plugin to capture the errors.

Please send us all the related logs (debug.log, etc.) via our contact page. Don’t share logs on this forum since it includes sensitive information that is meant for developers only. Thanks again!

    Hello Keith,

Thanks for the update. If you are getting a runtime error log – please send it via our official contact page and we will take a look into to see if it’s reproducible. If the runtime error log file is big, zip it and send us the link to download it instead via the official contact page also.

For Search and replace / MySQL dump batch size – the smaller the better (e.g. default values) since it will retrieve / update a few chunks of data to database instead of the bigger ones. This requires a lower server timeout settings than higher values.

If you have reproduced the runtime error again – you can share the WPRIME package to us by sending us the link to download it (you can upload it via Google Drive / DropBox, etc.) and also send us logs these following logs:

    • Runtime error log (if caused by runtime error)
    • Migration log
    • Site information log
    • Debug log
    • Error screenshots (optional if helpful)

You can refer to this tutorial on how to send us all these logs to tech support for analysis.

    Hi Rolf,

We have reproduced this issue and this turns out to be a new bug inside Freemius SDK latest version 2.6.0 which is used by Prime Mover plugin. But please take note that Freemius SDK is not only used by Prime Mover but many WordPress plugins uses this (for licensing and user account management).

In fact, the issue could be reproduced in sites not using Prime Mover plugin. As long as it is using WP Multi network plugin + any network activated plugin (using Freemius SDK 2.6.0 – the issue could be reproduced.

We created a dedicated bug ticket to Freemius SDK Github so this can be fixed as soon as possible by it’s developers. For the meantime the only workaround is to temporarily deactivate Prime Mover plugin until a new Freemius SDK update will come out.

We will update this as soon as a new version will be released (from Freemius). When you see a new Prime Mover version – please update it because it will be using the updated SDK.

We will close this one here since an official bug ticket is already lodge to Freemius SDK Github page. Thanks again for reporting this issue.

    Cheers,

    Emerson

    Hello Keith,

Thanks for the update. Yes of course, a stable server configuration is required to have the site fully working. Once it is working fine and you can now restore the site, feel free to close this ticket.

Otherwise if you still need technical assistance and if you could confirm it’s related to Prime Mover – please send us the logs as requested (please refer to my previous reply for details). We will take a closer look on this issue and check what’s causing it.

    Have a nice weekend!
