Do you have FTP access? You can login by ftp and delete it then it can be installed again.

You can login to your FTP, inside your themes folder you will find the files vgt_page_template.php and sq_ddx_blankpage.php. Deleting these files will solve your problem.

If you prefer a free solution, mailchimp is a good choice.
