it is possible now to add code to the header of squeeze page but it still doesn’t work with mailpoet. I will apply a fix and let you know when it’s done soon.

MailPoet using AJAX to submit form and it doesn’t permit us to set a thank you URL. We are working on a custom thank you URL and will release the new version soon.

In that case you would want to use a popup, which is available in pro version. When someone hit the submit button, the popup will not appear again.
