thanks romik, but i turn on the wp_debug and wp_debug_log and this error dont create the file, so i assume there is no error in this case.

hi romik, i still have the same issue.
I installed the theme via wordpress (Versión: 4.0.5) and via ftp (Versión: 4.0.5) and even a older version and still happening the error.
Put the code of my customizer.php but is not fixing the problem.
