I’m premium and I’m having exactly the same issue. I’ve even disabled and re-enabled the plugin but those processes start over and over again and kill the server! What is this nonsense?
I used the word many times but Yoast is still telling me that I did not. And when I click on the eye symbol to check, it can not detect other “RTX 3060 Ti” words. That is my problem.

I’m getting supoprt via mail ATM. And yes, I did deactivated all non-Yoast plugins and switched to a standard theme but the issue persisted.
I have 64 GB of RAM. It has nothing to o with RAM.

Installed Yoast Test Helper and clicked on Reset indexables tables & migrations
ran wp yoast index command via SSH.
This time, the process completed. But after coming back to SEO > Tools, there is still Start SEO data optimization and when I click on it, it starts optimizing, AGAIN!Here’s what I did step by step.

After that, I went ahead and ran wp yoast index command via SSH.
This time, the process completed. But after coming back to SEO > Tools, there is still Start SEO data optimization and when I click on it, it starts optimizing.After all that, I clicked on reset internal link counter, and reset prominent words calculation buttons.
Ran wp yoast index command via SSH again. Nothing. As if there is nothing to optimize.

PHP memory_limit 256MOK, did the Yoast database tables reset and the CLI command works now. Will post the results.
