Do you have learn dash? I saw in another post the same thing happening and it was a conflict with learn dash.
I have learn dash too, it’s good to find this post so I can keep looking.
I have the same problem.
I can’t see no individual tickets as a subscriber.
The Submit Ticket page works. Once the ticket is submitted, it goes to a 404 error.
On the My Tickets page, it says “You haven’t submitted a ticket yet. Click here to submit your first ticket.”
I have checked the capabilities and the subscriber can “View Tickets” as well as the other four capabilities shown on your website support page.
