I did just submit another with the link you provided. I am not sure but I believe same email address. It was shortly after I purchased both items and honestly, I am just glad to hear back and hopefully I can get this worked out so I can use at max capacity.
I have done that 2x already and I have never rec’d any response. It’s been months
