The bug has been resolved, and we are currently testing it.
We will complete the full testing tomorrow and release the plugin update with version 4.2.1, which will include this bug fix.

We have checked this issue.
When you enter text in the textarea, line breaks will only be reflected in the PDF if they are manually added while typing. Otherwise, the content is rendered in the PDF in the same format as it appears in the system.

As shown in the attached screenshot, please set “Do you want to remove PDF attachment after mail sent?” to “No”. You can also set this option to “No” from your side, and the issue should be resolved.
SS link : https://prnt.sc/HsV29bMkrPYLWhen you select “Yes”, the PDF file is stored in the plugin’s attachment folder. In that case, the attachment folder must have the proper write permissions.
When you select “No”, the PDF file is stored in the WordPress Uploads folder. Generally, no additional permission changes are required for the uploads folder, as WordPress manages it automatically.
