I finally solved the problem at Inmotion just by using the builtin Softaculous WordPress Management tool within cPanel which was perfect for creating a clone to install as a staging site.

I am having the same issue and had a support call with InMotion Hosting last evening.
The InMotion tech confirmed that my settings were accepted by the cPanel MultiPHP INI Editor at the server level.
See the following image from InMotion tech: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q0okaGDe1oFE-9coznrY8DqAH_BpTF2L/view
Also see the following from the WordPress Dashboard:

AEO Migration import message status (indicates limit it 2 GB which is correct): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-Oxih6ASKxVuGFphaSe8HnngXPVlStWL/view

How do we get this fixed? InMotion tech has personally offered to import file if I ftp to the server. This is great but it would be better if the plugin worked.
Problem solved.
There is a conflict with the BlueHost plugin if you use the “Image Optimization” part of their “Performance” section. Nothing surprises me when using BlueHost.
Didn’t realize I couldn’t delete a post. Will redo and provide links to screencaptures.
let me know if I can provide admin access to a test site for you to test.
After your reply I think I know the problem. I was working on my first Bricks site and thought I had read (who knows where) that Mail Mint could work directly with the Bricks Form so I thought I would test it out in additions to MailChimp and maybe a few others. Apparently I missed the point that Bricks integration was only in the Pro version. And of course now I see that there is no trial version to test a paid version. Thanks for your reply.
To follow-up, I tested on another WordPress 6.7.2 install with Bricks today and have the same issue. I must not be understanding something in the directions.
Resolved the problem. For some reason when the snippet was saved, it saved as an HTML type instead of a CSS type. Once I changed the type to CSS the problem was solved.
Another user error. π
Thanks!

You are correct. I didnβt realize I had deactived and forgot to activate the CleanTalk plugin. Will work on cache control issue now.
I have learned my lesson. βDonβt work on a website while watching a football game on TV.β π
Thanks for helping.

I must be missing something.
This is what I see https://charliesasser.com/studio88_response_headers.png
I see no “set-cookie” here like in your file https://i.imgur.com/U4RboiG.jpeg
I must be doing something wrong.
Looks like I need to learn more about Dev Tools. π
You don’t need to waste any more time on me. I will try to figure this out.
I have your plugin working great on other sites.
I will not be offended if you close this ticket. May be back to you later.
My Bad. π I actually noticed when looking at your screen capture U4RboiG.jpeg that it was infact the cleantalk plugin. (that was 2 days so my memory is not so good)
I did look at the cookies that show in Dev tools under the Network tab for the first request to domain-name.com and cookie sub-tab that shows 14 cookies.
This is somewhat new to me, but this list and screens are not as obvious to me as your image U4RboiG.jpeg which I actually used a few days ago and discovered the cookies were from Clean Talk based on googling their names.
Why does my result of 14 cookies differ from you previous screencapture?
I’m always willing to learn if you have the time to respond. I am not a developer but very technical. π
Thanks for all your help.
Thanks Saumya for the detailed reply.
The cookies are coming from the Microsoft Clarity Plugin. I’m not sure yet if the client is willing to give up this plugin.
There are other cookies on the site but I guess these don’t have any impact on your plugin.
I will need to dianose the cache-control issue further if the client decides to deactivate the Clarity plugin. I believe this plugin is similar to Hot Jar.
PS: What app did you use to see the cookies? I use Chrome Dev Tools and these show differently plus Dev Tools shows more cookies. Are these not a problem?
Thanks again.
Only the free version is being used. That is why I looked for help here. The web host deleted both this file and .htaccess file in the /uploads/wpforms and all seems to be working well.
