Up and running in 30 minutes – that’s exactly what we aim for! Really glad the setup was smooth and that our team could help quickly. Thanks so much for the kind words and for recommending us 🙂
Hello @fotinidev, thanks for sharing that screenshot! I checked with our dev team and looked at our live demo, and that measurement indicator doesn’t appear to be a Draw Attention feature that we’re aware of. It’s likely coming from another plugin or some custom code.
Since it’s not something we added, we can’t guarantee it’ll stay after future updates. If you can track down where it’s coming from, that might help ensure it sticks around.
Hello @fotinidev, can you share a screenshot of what this looks like?
Hello @jai6358! This should be possible by editing your Appointment Type’s settings and navigating to the “Basics” tab and switching it to Monthly instead of Weekly. Is this what you’re looking for?
Hello @fotinidev! That’s a good question. There’s currently no direct way to define a fixed radius/specific dimensions; each circle is drawn with the tool, using the anchor to help resize it. But I can pass this feedback along to our team to consider a feature request for sizes in the future, though we cannot promise an ETA on this.
For more consistent sizing, though, we suggest using the zoom feature in the drawing tools for more precise control. It’s not perfect, but it gets much closer than eyeballing it at full size.
We do have a workaround that might help with this too, but it might be a bit more complex to accomplish. Our guide goes over this here: https://wpdrawattention.com/guides/enabling-hotspot-coordinates-field/
We also have a filter we can share with you, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can help you get that squared away and go over troubleshooting the issues you might have seen while drawing the hotspot.
Hello @jrrsdu, the fix is included in version 1.6.11.0, so you’re running the patched version. What you’re seeing is likely a delay; security databases need to verify fixes before updating their records, and that process can take a bit longer than the release itself. We’ve submitted the patch details and are waiting on confirmation.
Once the verification completes, the warning should clear. We’ll update this thread when that happens. Thanks for following up.
Hello @jrrsdu, @dropshot, and @singed68 – we have good news. We were able to push out the fixes for vulnerabilities flagged by Patchstack and Wordfence. Please update to the latest version when you see it is available.
We’re also working on one additional fix that will be included in an upcoming release. Thanks for your patience while we worked through these.
Hello @jrrsdu, I’ll share this with our team to investigate.
@zerocan That’s weird, I can see it load in my test environment on the booking page. Could you reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can troubleshoot what’s going on together?
Hello @belgarath! We thank you for bringing that to our attention, we’ll go ahead and make a note to update our guide accordingly. In addition, could you reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can troubleshoot the issue together?
Hello @fbrines, can you share if you’re using “Go to URL” or “More info” for those hotspots’ Actions? If it’s set to “Go to URL” could you try changing it to “Show more info”? If it’s already set to “Show more info”, can you reach out to our support team so we can go over this in more detail?
Hello @kevinb! So to clarify, you want to zoom in on a hotspot essentially after clicking it? A bit similar to clicking a region in a country’s map, and then seeing the cities in that region?
If so, we don’t have a way to do this outright. But, we can suggest a few ideas. You could create a separate, zoomed-in image (meaning, this will need to be a separate image file) and add it to your hotspot’s thumbnail image that will show up when the hotspot is clicked.
Alternatively, if you were hoping to add hotspot interactions to the zoomed-in image, there isn’t a way to do this, but you could link the hotspot out to another interactive image via the Go to URL action similar to this: https://wpdrawattention.com/demos/apartment-building/
Hello @fbrines! That’s quite odd, could you share what elements are not visible? And, if possible, could you try reaching out to our support team at [email protected] to further troubleshoot together?
Hello @bearlydoug! That’s a great question. Since the plugin is completely self-hosted, your website is responsible for securing patient data. SSA can be HIPAA compliant, but this would rely on your website’s host to encrypt the entire database and for you to be careful of the features that you use in the plugin.
We have a guide to go into further detail, here – https://ssappts.com/guides/hipaa-capable/
Hello @julianew13 ! That’s quite strange. Could you reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can further troubleshoot this together?
