The old jQuery script really looks like the reason for the issue.
I talked with the Cherry Framework support team and they told me I’m already on the newest Framework Version. They also told me they don’t offer help or support for 3rd party plugins. When I manually change the jQuery version to the newest one almost everything breaks. So I guess I have to find another solution..
Thank you so much for your support. I really appreciate your help and your effort.
Thank you for your fast reply!
All Conditions were deactivated. If I just deactivate the mobile Menu plugin everything works fine. I guess no settings on the popup that are set right now prevent it from working.
Could it be that the placement of the popup code prohibits the correct function? The mobile menu encapsulates different sections in divs.
Which code do you refer to that isn’t loaded? The pum-container and pum-overlay are present and as far as I can see the same javascript files are loaded with mobile menu enabled and deactivated (except the menu js files).
The problem is that the popup doesn’t appear. I just get an error on the console.
