I think I worked it out.
The issue was that I also had a page with the same URL. Somehow this was mixing up and even though the post was turned off.
Yes there is caching.
However, given that I had turned off the plugin and had no sitemap at all, surely it should be rebuild?
I cleared all my caches and had even turned them off and they sitemap still didn’t rebuild correctly.
I then turned the caches back on so that my website functions, because I felt it was established that caching wasn’t the issue. Is my logic flawed?
What am I missing?
I tried all that.
I even had the whole caching completely turned off, turned it off and had no sitemap and when I turned it back on, those false ones still show!
Hi
So that’s confusing – I have checked it in several browsers and it’s definitely there. I cleared the cache of the website and my browsers, no difference.
Did you search the word ‘michelle’ in your browser window when looking at the post-sitemap.xml?
I also turned the xml sitemap feature off and on again, made no difference.
I triple checked (just in case I am being daft) – the page is absolutely 100% set to “No” in the advanced settings.
I then disabled all caching at all levels – cleared all browser caches, no change.
Can you double check and see if you can see the post in the list? I have tried other posts as well, same issue.
I am also getting the same issue – again, no matter what version of wordfence I use, even with all other plugins off and any theme, the site is down whenever wordfence is activated.
Re-installing also made no difference.
I found that it’s due to a conflict with the “Classic Editor” plugin. Hopefully this will be resolved soon?

It appears we need to add the google keys – do we add V2 or V3

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Please back reCAPTCHA V2There is no integration instructions – how do you get it to work with a contact 7 form after installing and activating?
Do we have to add some sort of shortcode?

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] REply Notification not workingAlso tried it on another website – it is sending a confirmation email to subscribe to the comments – this seems suprising given that we have ticked :
Disable subscription confirmation for guests
I am having the same problem – shame because this is the only plugin that does what I need. 🙁
Can it be fixed?

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Guest voters & showing in voting order +I see how I can paginate the comments – is that what you mean?
I guess I was hoping to limit the comments full stop, but like I said, if only the top voted comments show, then new ones never get the chance to get voted up.
Perhaps there is a better way of handling this?

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Guest voters & showing in voting order +Hi Aghasi
Thanks so much for your response! 🙂
1.) I found the setting
2.) I didn’t see that in the WP discussion settings – I can limit the nesting, but not the comments shown!? What is it called where I change the number of comments shown. I also wondered, if I limit the number of comments shown, then I guess people can never vote up new comments (because only the top-voted comments are showing) – wonder the best way to handle this – any thoughts?
3.) never mind – it’s all working now.
