Hello @frdcw ,
Thank you for reaching out.
First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of TranslatePress.
Please try clearing all caches (browser cache, any caching plugin, and server/hosting cache) and then check if the issue still occurs after refreshing the page.
If the problem persists after clearing the cache, the next step would be to perform a conflict test (ideally in a staging environment), as this behavior may be caused by an interaction with another plugin.
Briefly disable all other plugins except TranslatePress and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Let me know how it goes.
Hello @edmundspriede ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I checked your site and can see the issue as well.
Please go to Settings → TranslatePress → General tab, and enable the setting “Force language in custom links“.
Also, if you have any caching active, whether through a plugin or on the server side, please clear it completely.

Hello @mbeerkens ,
Thank you for the update.
Due to the situation you are facing, my suggestion is to open a ticket on our website here, as we will have to investigate this issue in detail.
Please also point out that you have already contacted us on the WordPress forum and add a link to the conversation in the ticket you will create.
As for Google indexing every language, this is actually expected behaviour. TranslatePress generates URLs for each active language, and Google will index all of them. Disabling “Use a subdirectory for the default language” only controls whether the default language (English) also gets its own subdirectory prefix (e.g.
/en/).Thank you for understanding!
Hello @mbeerkens ,
Thank you for your message.
I checked your site and I can see that when switching languages there are currently no translations being displayed for the content.
Could you please confirm if you have already translated the pages/products using TranslatePress?
If the content hasn’t been translated yet, the plugin will simply show the original English text.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello @theblueli ,
We’ve just released an update with a fix — please update TranslatePress Multilingual to version 3.2.
After updating, please remove the
current-language-menu-itemCSS class from the menu item in Appearance → Menus, as it is no longer required. If the class is not present there, no further action is needed. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused!

Hello Stan,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
I was able to replicate the issue on one of our test sites as well. From the initial investigation, the issue appears to be connected to Elementor’s newer Atomic Form widget and the way its HTML structure and attributes are rendered on translated pages.
I’ve forwarded the details to our development team so they can investigate this further. I’ll come back with an update here as soon as I have more information from them.
Thank you for your patience.
Hello @justsmilepeople ,
Thank you for your message and for sharing the screenshot.
First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of TranslatePress.
Regarding your questions, at the moment, there is no option to disable Google Fonts specifically within the TranslatePress editor, and the editor uses the fonts that are loaded through the site/theme preview. We also have not received similar reports regarding Google Fonts causing performance or speed issues in the editor.
At this time, there are no specific plans to optimize or change how Google Fonts are loaded inside the editor.
I also tried to replicate the issue on our side, but I was not able to reproduce the slow loading behavior you described. Please see the screenshot here: https://snipboard.io/u7mLwA.jpg
Let us know if the issue continues after confirming you are on the latest version.
Thank you so much for your 5-star review!

Hello @signalsfence ,
Thank you for your message.
At the moment, we only offer annual licensing for our plugin, and we don’t currently have a lifetime license option.
We are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. In case you have any further questions, please open a support ticket using our site https://translatepress.com/support/
Please also point out that you have already contacted us on the WordPress forum and add a link to the conversation in the ticket you will create.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @dimiro93 ,
Thank you for your message.
This can happen if an incorrect translation for the URL was previously saved in the database.
Please try searching for this link inside the String Translation interface. If the link is generated directly by the Woodmart Waitlist functionality, you should find it in the Gettext tab. If the link was manually added as part of a customized email template, then it should appear in the Regular tab instead.
If you find the Greek URL saved there, you can update or remove the translation and then test the email again afterward.
Let me know how it goes.
