You mentioned that the cron job is running as expected. Does this mean that you’ve checked the action scheduler in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions, and are seeing the tasks under tt4b_catalog_sync as Completed and not Failed?

There isn’t a process in which the TikTok <> WooCommerce integration to remove existing products from your TikTok Shop – we just facilitate syncing of products over from WooCommerce to seller center. Do you mind checking your seller center if the products are still there, and if you toggle them on within TikTok Shop? Thanks

In reply to: [TikTok] new version wiped out our settings@etr316 sorry about that – for some reason, the integration is in a tricky state. Could you try the following steps:
1) deactivate and delete the TikTok plug-in, and then install / reactivate it again from the WordPress plug-in manager. Then try and go back to TikTok -> Marketing
2) If you are still blocked after this, try the following:- navigate to {your_site_url}/wp-admin/options.php
- find “tt4b_external_business_id” and change the value to be something different. You can just add “_2” to the end.

In reply to: [TikTok] Frontend layout issues@crisis861 this is likely due to some sort of plug-in conflict between the TikTok plug-in and another one you have on your site. For now, especially if it’s causing layout issues on your site, please keep the TikTok plug-in deactivated. I’ll reach out to some colleagues I have on the WooCommerce engineering side to get a better sense of a process we can use to find the root cause.

Could you also go back to the plug-in manager and hit the “Deactivate” and then “Activate” buttons for the TikTok plug-in? And then go back to Marketing -> TikTok and see if you now see an option to reconnect.

In reply to: [TikTok] new version wiped out our settingshi @etr316 – sorry about that. WordPress recently restricted our ability to reply from a business account, so I need to handle support from a personal account instead. I work on the TikTok engineering team.
If you don’t feel comfortable sharing a shop code, would you be willing to provide your website domain, or any other identifying information so we can further investigate the issue you’re experiencing? We can help with a fix, but would need to identify your shop first.The WordPress forum does not allow for images to be pasted directly, but you can include a link from a third party image hosting such as Imgur instead.
