In reply to: [TikTok] Product upload and synchronizationHi @hostsolutionslabs – when you go through this process outlined in this guide (https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/tiktok-woocommerce-set-up-guide), you connect a TikTok business center, ad account, catalog, and pixel, which enables you to run ads on TikTok. This process does not onboard you to TikTok shop, or sync products to seller center.
We have a separate process for syncing products to seller center from WooCommere, but it’s only available for users located in the US and UK, so I recommend you leverage the onboarding through seller center instead. Sorry for the inconvenience.Forum: Plugins

Shop onboarding is a different process which involves KYC connection and product upload. You won’t see an option for that if your store is located in Italy. In this case you would need to connect your shop through seller center.Forum: Plugins

Hi @l94l – our TikTok plug-in doesn’t the ability for product. For the primary image, we leverage the wordpress PHP API ‘wp_get_attachment_image_url’, and for additional image links we use ‘get_gallery_image_ids’
- Is there a filter we can use to override the image URL used in the catalog feed?
- Ans: unfortunately not at this time. This is good feedback, but we would need to develop UI within the plug-in to handle the product mapping and feed management. We haven’t received enough client feedback yet to invest in this improvement.
- Is it possible to include additional custom fields or product meta in the feed sent to TikTok?
- Ans: there isn’t a way to configure additional product information within the plug-in; however we can update the plug-in to have more support in consuming additional product attributes such as Gender, Age Group, Video_url, and Color.
- If not, is there a recommended method (e.g., extending the plugin or using a third-party feed manager) to achieve this?
- Ans: many advertisers tend to use another third party feed management provider like Feedonomics. We have many partners in the space and are open to advertisers using whichever feed provider most effectively unblocks them from using TikTok marketing.

Could you please update to the 1.3.4 version, navigate to WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions, and then start the ‘tt4b_catalog_sync’ action found in the pending actions? This should sync any products with updates now.
For products you previously updated that were missed, we run a reconciliation job once a week, so ay existing products should also be updated within one week.Forum: Plugins
