I refreshed the permalinks. I also excluded the contact us page from the NitroPack optimizations, however, I am still experiencing the same issue.
I am experiencing the same issue. I have tried installing Flamingo plugin, but it is not receiving messages either, because they are not submitting on the contact form. I have NitroPack plugin, and Newsletter plugins active.
Correct, no help needed. I will monitor the situation myself.
Best Regards.
I contacted Pinterest Support and received the following reply.
“The issue with the product id, you can ignore the error message as of now. You don’t need to add product ID separately to the respective event codes. It takes time for the tag health page to be updated. Once all the tags fire successfully and once the minimum threshold is met, the error message you are receiving would fade away soon.
You can go through the help center article and verify the Pinterest Tag. This is optional.
Note: Product ID is mandatory only if you are running the catalog sales objective campaign with Dynamic retargeting.
Hope this helps!”
Overall tag health is ‘acceptable’ in pinterest. However, I am receiving the following warnings.
“Too few of the Product IDs included in your Page Visit events match the Product IDs in your Catalog.”
“Too few of the Product IDs included in your Add to Cart events match the Product IDs in your Catalog.”
“Too few of the Product IDs included in your Checkout events match the Product IDs in your Catalog.”
Under ‘Dynamic Remarketing’ Product Identifier is set to “post ID with woocommerce_gpf_ prefix”.
In the product feed I have verified that each product ID has the ‘woocommerce_gpf_’ prefix.
When testing the page interactions in pinterest I can see the product ID includes the ‘woocommerce_gpf_’ prefix.
I am still experiencing the same issue.
‘In Google Ads I am getting this warning:
Fix your audience source that’s not sending a required parameter
Your campaigns can’t tailor dynamic ads based on user activity when your audience source doesn’t send the required parameter. Make sure the required parameter is being sent correctly.
Issue: id never received`
– Traffic is about 200 visitors per week.
– I have allowed 2 weeks for the issue to resolve, but the warning message persists.
– I have verified that the pixel is sending the same ID as what appears in Google Merchant Center.
