So with the help of my hosting provider we enabled multibyte string. There was some other issues but they were able to fix form me. They referred to this website – https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms/issues/1118

Haven’t been able to get to the bottom of this yet.

I have checked the reporting section and the certificate is showing up there for the test user.

Have deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin and have done a backup which worked. Thanks!
