In reply to: [Save Contact Form 7] No Forms to Select FromSo this plugin doesn’t grab existing entries??? If thats the case why even make this plugin, I need the historical ones and I can mark this task complete.

In reply to: [Save Contact Form 7] No Forms to Select FromYa most options have native export functions. I use gravity forms on all our sites. This was just in the old version of their site before we took control and they were wanting and export of all form enteries. I guess this support isn’t active at all if we are having the issue 3 weeks later.

In reply to: [Save Contact Form 7] No Forms to Select FromI am having the same issue. Have either of you found the fix? I just need to download the historical entires and I am done. This is for an site that was just taken offline and we just want all the entires from the form.
So I did find the optimization section of Nextgen but its giving me an error message on multiple devices.
Oops, There is something wrong!
Since we have tried on multiple devices its time to ask for support.
We have tested the bulk optimization and it works on a smaller site with a whopping 50 images or 11MBs.
Our issue is with our largest Nextgen site. It has roughly 10K images and takes up about 2.1GB of space.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Redirection] Wild Card HelpThe following redirect with wild cards works for us.
/inventory/(.*)/3498/(d*)(.*)

In reply to: [Redirection] Wild Card HelpSo I found the solution use this as an example
Boats/122465/photos/
Redirecting to that boats invertory would be
Boats/1123465/(.*)/photos/You can have as many wild cards as needed. If you need more example please feel free to reply. Or even just giving the URL wildcards urls and then I could help find the right wildcard combo.

In reply to: [WP Safe Updates] ManageWP CompatibleI have configured the plugin but I don’t see the test updates button. Added the plugin added db.php to the wp-content folder and adding the lines of code to the wp-config.php file.
No the other thread was for the restarting every 5mins
This issue was that when the last few that have actually completed which only a few sites have all of the site backups are not including files and making the backups significantly smaller. Like with one site it doesn’t include the uploads folder from 2012 and newer even though if I go back a few backups we haven’t changed any settings to not include these files. So for that there must be a bug cause if I look in the files area it is including all the uploads for all years. No hosting changes
We have the format as tar.gz
Have it set to 3 retries and 30 seconds on the scripts. So something has gone severely wrong. I have been looking through the various sites that have backwpup installed one the plugin doesn’t even show up in the plugin list but cant install the plugin cause wordpress says the plugin already exists. And every backup past the 16th has been greatly reduced in size and has been getting lots of errors. examples most of the backup total sizes range from 600mb to 2.5gb but backups after the 16th are smaller like lots of files aren’t being included.
examples of sizes
623mb now 31mbs
630mb now 84mbs
the 2.5gb backup from another site the plugin doesn’t show upNow we are worried that for the last few backups everything is now going to be messed up and the prior month backup the 1st of march backups also have very small sizes as well. something has gone wrong with this plugin most sites are running the latest wordpress 4.4.2 and the backwpup is either current or one update back across the sites.
I have also gotten errors on another sites backup to what has changed since the 16th cause all the backup prior to that have been working properly.
If this was on a Dev site I could but this site is live and I can’t break the site to try to get a few comments back during the Dev time.
Now I get this error?
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
Its not a admin for the site thing cause I am an admin?
Well after logging in to today the site is on WordPress 4.4.2 (current version) if that makes and difference and plugin version 2.1 (current version) tried again today with different .csv files still get the same error.
