With regards to the “Sorry we are experience system issues” message, it appears that http://swt.fc7.myftpupload.com/homes-for-sale-details/listingAddress/listingNumber/boardId/ has placeholders in the url, rather than the actual listing number and board ID. When you perform a search from the search form, the listing number and board ids are included in the URL. I tested this on your site, and it appears to be working (example below).

I’m not currently seeing the “feature not available” message on your site, however, this may occur if you changed packages, but were using or linked to a feature that was not available in the new package.
