Hello. Yes – we are using WBS for all shipping opitons. But we figured it out. We were using a snippet to hide the other shipping options.

user farrahwilliam22 provided me with the solution.
ModSecurity commonly blocks POST requests to options.php if it thinks the request looks suspicious.You can ask your host to check the server logs for ModSecurity hits and whitelist the rule if needed.
I found this error in our logs.
ModSecurity: Access denied with code 403 (phase 2). Match of “eq 0” against “REQBODY_ERROR” required. [file “remote server”] [line “-1”] [id “400000”] [msg “Malware.Expert – Failed to parse request body: SecArgumentsLimit exceeded”] [tag “MEWAF”] [hostname “www.example.co.uk”] [uri “/wp-admin/options.php”] [unique_id “aTm6PldQncOx2Na0XRPenwAAAMk”]

Hello Peter. We still have the warning, but this warning is for IPV6 and our server does not support IPV6.
Even with “Use only IPv4 to start scans” switched on, I guess no way to hide this?

In Mandrill settings, make sure “Hide WP Dashboard Widget” is checked.
I think it’s the widget on the dashboard that causes the crash.
