Thanks for the answer!
I tried running the 3.3.4 to 4.0 upgrade but it doesn’t work. On the URL /wp-admin/edit.php?tool=rerun_334_to_400_conversion&_nonce=80de339e45 the site responds with HTTP ERROR 500. I looked around in the php error log but I couldn’t find anything related to this page/url.
I found the following error form the day I did the update:
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘…/public_html/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support-satisfaction-survey/includes/settings.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php’) in …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support-satisfaction-survey/awesome-support-satisfaction-survey.php on line 46
But it happened only once…
Is there any php library or setting required?
Oh sorry, I created another support topic.
I’m having a similar problem where the closed tickets are not displaying in the admin. When I filter to All Status or closed none show on the list. But I know I have many closed tickets.
I just upgraded from version 3.3.4 to 4.0.6 and started having the problem after the upgrade. When upgrading I had WordPress version 4.7.5. I tried removing the plugin, update WordPress core to 4.8.1 and install the plugin again but the problem persists.
Any ideas?
