I apologize for the delay in my reply. Anyway, I reverted, thanks to the recommended plugin, to version 3.30 and it works again. Thanks for helping me solve the problem!
I have tried various possibilities between database and display, but still the most frequently used tags on my site do not appear. I am attaching two screenshots to show the tags that appear versus the most used tags that I would like to appear as it was a few versions ago.
