Hi again, I just wanted to let you know that I think I figured something out. So on my computer everything went back to normal, but on my phone the error was still occurring. I went to my Cloudflare settings and turned on development mode, in which the server cache is bypassed so that you can quickly see changes on your website. The result was that almost immediately after turning on development mode, my phone stopped having the problem.

I just checked and even using a participant account I don’t see that.

Sorry to inconvenience you, but I’m afraid the problem has come back again. I tried cntrl + f5 again, however this didn’t do anything. I’m guessing that the problem is occurring because of how my theme is loading the css file. Should I move the css file from /public_html/wp-content/plugins/bbp-style-pack/css to /public_html/wp-content/themes/sydney-child where my child theme is? I just don’t understand why this is happening because I can clearly see that the code in the css file is right. I have also tried using a different device, so I’m pretty sure the browser’s not the problem. Btw, I also just wanted to let you know that I am using Cloudflare and w3 total cache on my website so could this also be a caching problem?

Hey Robin I tried restarting my browser and even switching to another browser, but I still can’t see what you’re seeing.

Is there anything else you suggest I can do to fix this issue or at the very least revert all forum roles settings back to default?

Yes you are correct, it is in dashboard>settings>bbp style pack>Forum Roles.

Basically, I’m trying to change the way the “Keymaster” role looks in replys by editing its background color and font style.

The settings do show that they are changed, but nothing is taking effect in the actual forums.

In this topic you can see that the “Moderator” role is fine, but the “Keymaster” role looks unchanged even though I already changed it in the plugin.
