I’m hoping its not a case of “you get what you pay for”. They replied to my ticket with a statement that it will be resolved in future releases.
I will probably need to find a different solution.

I think its working now.
My only remaining question is that it appear to allow multiple IP from Russia that appear to be a known spammer….but it lists it as a trusted network. I will put a ticket in for that.
